One-to-One Fitness Support at Circle Square
01

One-to-One Fitness Support

Personalised training delivered by a qualified personal trainer and experienced support worker. Every session is genuine coaching — not supervision.

Every participant receives a tailored 12-week program built around their goals, needs, and how they move. We understand diagnosis, behaviour, sensory profiles, and functional capacity. We build trust before we build anything else.

Sessions run in individual bays and can include resistance training, cardiovascular conditioning, mobility work, or any combination that serves the participant's goals.

Small Group Programs

Active, social and fun. Maximum 1:3 staff-to-participant ratio. We collect you, warm up and train together, wind down in the social room, then drop you home.

Every group runs at a strict 1:3 ratio — no participant ever gets lost in a crowd. Groups are structured with consistent participants so people train alongside familiar faces.

Social connection is part of the program — not an accidental bonus. People form genuine friendships here.

Social Room Access

Independent skill building, social engagement, and regulation. Or simply a comfortable place to spend time with people who actually get it.

Equipped with gaming consoles, television, crafts, puzzles, and a kitchenette — staffed by the same support workers who run the gym floor.

For some participants this is the entry point. They build comfort here before stepping onto the gym floor. For many, it's genuinely the part they look forward to most.

Sensory Room Access

Private. Low-stimulation. Calm. A space to feel regulated and ready — on your own terms, at your own pace.

Available to participants who need a calm environment before, during, or after a session. Access is completely flexible — no participant needs to justify using it.

For participants with autism, anxiety, or sensory processing differences, having a de-escalation space inside the same facility changes everything.

Therapy Assistance

Working alongside local Ballarat physiotherapists and exercise physiologists to deliver clinician-prescribed programs on the ground.

We implement prescribed exercise programs, document progress, and communicate directly with the prescribing clinician. We bridge the gap between the appointment and the outcome.

If your participant has a therapy plan sitting in a folder that's never been actioned — we can help.

Transport Included

Door-to-door collection and drop-off included in all group programs. Because getting here shouldn't be the hard part.

For many participants and families, transport is the single biggest barrier to consistent attendance. We've built it into the model so it's not an afterthought.

Transport is claimed through the NDIS plan under Activity Based Transport. No out-of-pocket cost. Participants just need to be ready at the agreed time.

Industry Experience

For participants who want more than fitness. We mentor and support people into real careers in health and fitness.

We open the doors to what it's actually like to work in a gym — from program design to daily operations. Hands-on mentoring from people already doing the work.

We believe in building futures — not just fitness. If a participant has the interest and the drive, we'll help them find the path.

Goal Setting & Progress Reviews

Every participant has a 12-week goal block, tracked and reviewed. Real progress, properly documented.

We document progress, share reports with support coordinators and families, and adjust programs when goals are met or circumstances change.

Progress reports are written in plain language — no jargon, no filler. Accountability isn't an add-on here — it's built in from day one.
