(02) Why we built it

Not adapted.
Not adjusted.
Built.

A purpose-built facility, designed from the ground up by support workers and fitness coaches who spent years watching great people struggle in spaces that were never built for them.

“Withdrawn participants engage. Personal bests broken. People who came in feeling weak now glowing because they lifted more than they ever thought they could.”

Here’s the plain version.

The things you’d normally ring up to ask, all in one place. Anything not covered here, call us or ask on the referral form.

Not currently registered. We don’t hold a registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, so we can’t claim from agency-managed plans. We’re working toward it. Agency-managed funding isn’t something we can accept. Agency-managed participants need a registered provider.

(07) Good to know

Questions we
hear most.

Studio-specific answers, like parking and access, are on each studio page. Funding detail is on NDIS & Pricing (live site).

Can agency-managed participants attend?

We don’t currently hold a registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission that allows us to claim from agency-managed plans. We’re working toward it. Agency-managed funding isn’t something we can accept. Agency-managed participants need a registered provider.

Is there a minimum number of sessions?

No minimum. Some participants come once a week, others two or three times. We recommend at least once a week for routine, but every situation is different.

Is there a joining fee or waitlist deposit?

No joining fee and no waitlist deposit. Submit a referral and we’ll take it from there.

Which NDIS line items do you use?

Mainly Support Category 04: 04_102, 04_599, 04_591 and 04_799. We always confirm the right items with you before a service agreement is signed. Full rates are on NDIS & Pricing.

How does invoicing work?

Per session, usually weekly or fortnightly. Invoices go straight to the plan manager, or to self-managed participants to claim through myNDIS, in the NDIS standard format.
