Fitness based support that comes to you.
Every Circle Square coach is an experienced disability support worker who is also a qualified personal trainer. We bring the session to your home or a local space you already know, so it fits into your week and feels comfortable from the very first visit.
Fitness based support from Circle Square, delivered across Ballarat and the surrounding area. An experienced support worker who is also a qualified personal trainer comes to your home or a local space and runs a 1:1 session built around you: your goals, your pace, your body, your day.
Because every CS coach is an experienced disability support worker, the session is more than exercise. It is someone who understands how to adapt, when to push, when to ease off, and how to make movement feel safe and worth turning up for.

Good to know.
Do you come to my home?
Yes. Sessions run in your home or a local space you are comfortable in, around Ballarat. And if getting to a park or open space helps, we can arrange transport for the session too.
Are your coaches qualified?
Every CS coach is a qualified personal trainer and an experienced disability support worker. You get real coaching and real support from the same person.
Can I use my NDIS funding?
We work with plan-managed and self-managed participants. If you are unsure whether it suits your plan, your plan manager or support coordinator can confirm in a minute.
Do I need to be a member of the gym?
No. CS Mobile stands on its own. If you ever want to train at one of our studios as well, the door is open, but it is never a requirement.
What if I have never trained before?
Perfect, most people we work with are starting fresh. The first session is all about settling in and finding your feet, at whatever pace suits you.
